New DM looking for players :) DE/EN (DnD 2024)

Hallo ihr Lieben!

Nach ca. 1 Jahr Spielerfahrung steige ich nun selbst in die Spielleitung ein, und suche motivierte Spielende für unsere Gruppe in Bonn:
Zu Tisch bereits 3 Stammkunden, sind gerade frisch in die Kampagne "Phandelver and Below - The Shattered Obelisk" gestartet. Danach geht es Ende diesen / Anfang nächsten Jahres wahrscheinlich mit meiner ersten homebrew los.

Wichtig für dich/euch zu wissen:

- Wir spielen auf Englisch (muss nicht top sein, no worries)
- Wir spielen nach DnD 5e 2024er Regeln (inkl. house rules)
- Wir sind und suchen Spielende im Alter von 20 - 30was Jahren
- ganz wichtig: This is a queer and bipoc-friendly space!

Als Mischung aus Studierenden und Vollzeit-Knechtenden richten wir uns zeitlich ans Wochenende (Samstag > Sonntag); geplant sind ca. 2x/Monat, was z.B. in Klausurenphasen auch mal schwanken kann. Für Kämpfe nutzen wir aktuell noch "theatrical play" und selbstgemachte Miniaturen.

Achtung, als neue DM muss ich selbst noch einiges ausprobieren und lernen :D Dafür bin ich nicht penibel streng mit den Regeln, und vor allem offen für kreativen Input! Eine gute Kombi aus Charakterspiel, Rätseln und Kämpfen ist das Ziel - ich möchte vor allem Raum geben, wirklich was aus euren Charakteren zu machen. Von der Atmosphäre her versuche ich, sowohl dramatische als auch lustige Momente zu inszenieren.

Hello everyone!

After about one year of in-game experience, I am now getting into DMing myself, and am looking for motivated players to join our group in Bonn:
We already got 3 familiars at the table, and are at the beginning of the campaign "Phandelver and Below: The Shattered Obelisk". At the end of this / beginning of next year, we'll probably start with my first homebrew.

Important things for you to know:

- We play in English (doesn't have to be perfect, no worries)
- We play with DnD 5e 2024 rules (including house rules)
- We are and look for players in their 20s to 30s
- This is a queer and bipoc-friendly space!

Since we're a mixture of students and fulltime-workslaves, we time our sessions on the weekends (saturday > sunday); about 2x/month, which can vary e.g. because of exam periods. For combat, we currently use theatrical play and selfmade miniatures.

Fair warning, as a new DM, there's a lot of things I still have to try and learn :D on the other hand, I'm not super strict about rules, and open to creative ideas! An even combination of character play, riddles and combat is the goal - I especially want to give room to let you properly express your characters. Atmosphere-wise, I try to build both dramatic and comedic moments.
